Staff were friendly, walking distance to everything and hotel was bright and well finished. Room was great.
Not a lot of natural light but to be expected in a converted building.

Everything was amazing! It is a beautiful historic venue close to all the sights. Breakfast was fantastic, with hot buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the welcome gift: a fruit bowl and a cava. The city has a lot to offer, and 3 nights here felt like a right amount of time to see the sights.
Book a better room and make sure you don't get a junior suite that is facing the street in front of the hotel if you want a good night rest. The gym was disappointing.

Very nicely decorated and spacious rooms. Well positioned in town to walk to all the sights. Staff very helpful. Carparking on site. Bath in bathroom.
Listed as having AC but because its a very large old building, the switch it to heat only from October on. Our room was very hot and couldnt sleep well. Couldnt open windows because of street noise. They did give us a fan which helped but not enough

Location and building
Receptionist were not nice, they don’t even look at you, not good morning, not good afternoon, they were dressed in uniform, I think green or blue color, never said welcome or what can we do for you. Very bad customer service training. Dear Manager please ask them to be nicer and willing to go the extra mile.
