It was my first trip to Martinique. Residence Fort Savane was recommended to us. The location is walking distance from the ferry port. Walking distance to the bus stop and one of the various beaches. Wonderful Staff and Manager. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Martinique.

The location of the hotel was very conveneint, within reach to everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, it looked exactly the same as advertised. Also the receptionst was very helpful and gave all the information needed in Engliah. Thank you sooo much.
The bed moved and was not secured to the wall but still comforable and i got the rest i needed.

It was the perfect location.
The room should have a microwave.

Proximity/ central location
Reception only available from 12 midday to 8pm. You get a number to contact if any issue. However, they didn't answer when contacted as the building alarm when off on our first night. Nothing was address future morning. We were out on the street as the alarm blasted whilst being approached by homeless/ drug addicted individuals~ very unstaff situation.
