The apartment was spacious, well laid out and nicely finished. Loved having the kitchenette and two bathrooms. Special to have our own outdoor patio area.
The staff was very accommodating with our request to upgrade. Not only were able to satisfy our request but also worked with us on the pricing.
The entire location is so pretty with gorgeous views all around. We loved the sunrises and sunsets. The trails are very pretty and well marked.
Enjoyed the restaurant for both breakfasts and dinners. The auto espresso machine is worth it alone.
Our apartment was separated from the adjoining by just an inside door, very little privacy due to that.
The kitchenette did not have a kettle or pot for boiling water
Pretty much out on its own, with groceries and other restaurants a bit of a drive. Nothing I didn’t like, just something to note.

The place was beautiful. It was a good distance to the places we wanted to see. The roads coming to and from the property were beautiful. We had a lot of space to ourselves and good air conditioning. We liked the space and appreciated the dishes and coffee. The staff we interacted with were friendly.
Nothing was wrong with the property, it just wasn’t what we were looking for. We wanted a little more community, talking with other travelers and especially the hosts. We were hoping to learn more about day to day life in Tuscany and a working farm. It was a little too quiet and solitary for us. It also kinda felt we were in the way of the events being hosted. I think if you were traveling with a larger group and had a longer stay it might be better. It looked like the events they hosted would be very pretty. Less ideal for tourists trying to learn about experience agriculture and culture of the region.
