There was a restaurant on-site with broad opening hours. The staff was nice.
The area did not feel comfortable, especially at night.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing decision.
The staff members were extremely pleasant and hospitable. Big up to the staff, especially Whyber, Josef, Bridget and many others!
The food was great and overall, very good value for money. The location was ideal trust me, very accessible to transport services including Uber. I had a fridge in the room.
Daily cleaning service and trustworthy staff. I was also able to watch Netflix and You Tube readily.
I really liked the fruits and yourgurt along with the buffet breakfast setting. To go option also available.
The view from my room was lovely. Felt safe and went walking a couple times, although the surrounding area can be dodgy. Loved the street food close by and the all-in-one store at El Machete. There's also a delicious pastry store opposite and like 1-2 minutes walking distance.
Vending machines with tasty snacks and drinks. Pool looks nice and clean.
One of the elevators that goes to the restaurant was a bit slow. Although very clean, I would prefer hypoallergenic protective covers on the bedding and pillows. Pillows could be fluffier. A microwave would be ideal.

The cleaning staff and the kitchen workers along with the bell men were exceptional,very good bless up to Abigail cleaning staff she is a precious gem, coming down to the receptionist, not pleasant, they dont speak English none at all especially a Indian looking full a make up lady ) no customer service . She chat you in spaniah and have other stuff laughing at you because they think you dont understand. There is a brown man at the receptionist area that speak English he is such a nice person he try to help everyone in every possible way that he can God bless him .he is holding up Hotel Caribe.
I think in an establishment that deal with all different kind of people from all religions they need to learn to speak other languages, front desk was my worst experience ,and I want them to see this review and know who is writing it. I went to the receptionist to ask for a tissue I ask for it in spaniah, the Indian looking woman talk back to me in spaniah a different word then the dark skin lady bearly could ask for the room number in english I tell them in Spanish, so we left to go to the room because they will send someone with it .when we step off to take the elevator the Indian woman put down a piece of chatting the other receptionist could not stop laughing and I know it was us she was discussing. How can a receptionist deal with customer that way and chat them and have others laughing? I understand panama now so i dont have to go to Hotel Caribe
