The customer service, the ambiance, and the overall cleanliness of the room.
A little bottle of water could have been provided in the mini fridge upon arrival.

The hotel was fine, but nothing special. The swimming pool was the best part - very enjoyable swim. The surrounding neighborhood was safe and walkable to restaurants, not much interesting to see in the immediate area but it was fine.
In general, the building and the room were a bit run down. The staff was not very friendly, but they did allow me to leave my bag while I took a short trip, which I appreciated.
