Everything, from the warm welcome when we arrived, to the beautiful and clean room, the food, entertainment, it was truly amazing and an unforgettable experience.
I didn’t like that we only had 6 nights there, next time it will be a whole fortnight 😁😁😁

Nothing we didn’t like

Great location and service staff.
A bit dated rooms and not real five star service, food nor room quality
9 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026
In general, everything was excellent; the hotel ambiance was superb, a lot of selection foods in different restaurants. The staff at all levels were helpful and charming, beautiful gardens everywhere and along the pools, which were well organized, alongside beautiful Kiwengwa beach
Sometimes there are delays or confusion when you order/request something from the room or restaurant
