Clean comfortable room good location very quite for sleeping was a little worried I'd hear the music from the top and the bar but perfectly sound proofed
The surprise 100 % deposit I wasn't aware until I booked in I mean it wasn't an issue as I left it how I found it also the warning the water wasn't fit for consumption and the €2.50 per carton of water should be at a minimum of 2 free and don't feel tempted to help yourself to any of the items left in the room I mean it's fine to charge something but prices a little excessive I feel but if you're aware of this it's a great place to stay and it didn't ruin my experience staff were great

Amazing as usual. All the staff regularly go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional stay. FRONT staff in particular deserve a special mention - Alex, Katie and Linda. We missed Ramesh this time.
They do an awesome full English too!
Nothing bad.

Spacious, well equipped, air-conditioned room.
Nice roof top pool …. thought 20Euros for a sun lounger was a bit steep.
Professional staff, service was good.
Reasonably priced good quality food and drinks. Evening entertainment
Only negative was lack of window for natural light/air, but I knew this when I booked.

The property is beautiful, nice roof, nice restaurant,
The room we had could not have a fresh air, at the beginning the window was locked and we had to keep the bathroom window open — but was smelling bad from that area.
