Second time staying here. It was my best friends birthday weekend. Overall hotel was clean and staff were hospitable
Cashless facility, making it hard with late night cravings if you only have cash at snack bar. Bathroom still had residue and on it from people who stayed there previously. Ended up taking the stairs a number of times as not sure what lift was doing but took ages to change between levels. Pool is not heated

Nice room set up & lighting. Well thought out decor.
Restaurant on-site.
Shared areas were insanely hot.
No in-room price list.
Shower not clean (hairs left-ew).
Staff didn’t answer phone or respond to a request.
Some lamps didn’t work.
