We had a great stay! The hotel is modern, very comfortable, and conveniently located near the main tourist attractions. The staff were lovely and always helpful. The only thing that could be improved is the shower. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommend!

location is in old city, easily accessible 1.5km from the Na Chang pier, Grab is readily available. clean room and bathroom. Pool looked nice.
water drainage in the shower was quite poor. don't understand the need for 500thb for key card or no smoking in rooms with balcony. lighting is the old building rooms are very dull.
Basic amenities like a hot water kettle is missing - which is especially difficult since the hotel does not have any restaurant/room service - no option to make tea/coffee. There is ONE kettle and microwave in the pool area though but i dont expect guests to go down and use it all the time.

CHERN is in a great location, good for pretty much any traveller. It's tucked away in a quiet backstreet, but near Chinatown and Khao San Road, so if you're a loud or quiet traveller (I'm quiet), it's great for anyone. Also near a metro station too. Great staff as well.

It is close to old town the property is neat and clean it has typical hostel vibe
The Aircondioner is not enough for the bigger room and it is not getting cool
$$$$
