We liked the locaton, the apartment was also on the ground floor which suited us with a pram and a young baby. The layout was spacious, ther bedrooms were large, the beds were comfortable, the servicing of the room was ok, the outdoor pools were great, the landscaping and garden are superb and a real feature. It's not 5 star, but we weren't expecting that, it was good value for money.
Only a couple of very minor things. The decor of apartment 11 could perhaps use a refresh, noting though that the bathroom has obviously been updated recently. The hinges on the doors need an oil - especially the toilet door, we kept waking the baby when sneaking to the loo in the night! These are small issues though - the unit's advantages far outweighed the issues and we loved the direct access to the pool.

Location was great and ease of parking.
Floors were grotty not clean. Blinds were broken and block out shades in bedroom letting in strong out door lights.
