It was absolutely disgusting , remove this listing because it is a health hazard and I intend on taking legal action aga
The pictures on booking.com and the fact that is was perceived as “luxury”
Our stay at Patricia 1B was extremely disappointing and far below the standard advertised.
Upon arrival, there was no one to greet us or assist with check-in, which was unsettling—especially arriving after dark and being unfamiliar with the property. At first, we weren’t even certain we were at the correct location. The overall setup felt very unprofessional, with other tenants staying at the back of the property and no proper host presence. The bed was broken, even upon arrival contacting the host was impossible, she said she was bringing someone to clean which they didn’t. We honestly just wanted a refund of the additional day and to find hygienic accommodation, to which she ignored us blatantly not only is she rude, but it would seem that she is uneducated too. Because telling someone that dirty linen and moulded towels can hamper one’s health was received upon deaf ears. I am 100 percent taking lungi the owner to small claims court and plastering this on every social and public media platform! Also please do not use booking.com they were so unhelpful. We complained as soon as we saw the conditions, nothing was as done. We were basically stuck because of the time and having kids and old people with us. This is utterly disgusting
When we entered the accommodation, it was immediately clear that it looked nothing like the advertised photos. Multiple items were damaged or broken, including chairs, windows, and bathroom sinks. The bathtub was unclean, with visible staining, and there was no shower curtain. The beds and linen did not appear clean, and the towels had visible mould.
The outside area was also poorly maintained, with lizard droppings, an overturned bin, dirty laundry and towels lying around, and general neglect throughout. We even found rotten food left in the cupboards, which was unacceptable from a hygiene perspective.

Great staff and location , unit needs tlc and better up keep
The staff and space is nice . Well located
There was a lot of tlc needed in the space, from broken to holes in the walls. There was no curtain on some of the lines which included one of the bathrooms rendering it useless due to the lack of privacy. The unit above projects an incredible amount of noise down onto the unit . The shower barely stayed warm for the four of us that stay there.
