Excellent location in a vibrant, artistic neighborhood. Denny’s (that plays Beethoven piano sonatas) is on the second floor has decent breakfast
Washer dryer instructions a bit vague and suica not easy to use

Great location very conveniently located above the train station.
I find the beds too hard. I slept on top of the covers which made it a bit softer.

Excellent and convenient location
Cleanliness
Bed is very hard and the room is a bit small for westerners

Newish, very clean, very polite staff including housekeepers. Location adjacent to a suburban railway station, with lots of small stores and restaurants nearby.
Handles removed, so windows couldn't open even an inch for fresh air.
Refrigerator not very cold, no freezer, couldn't unplug at night because wired into the wall.
Breakfast coupons could be purchased for a mediocre American chain restaurant.
