This was a last minute booking, but the staff made an effort to get me checked in with little delay or problems. Everything was explained well, the room was a good size and had all the necessary basics.
It was a little further away from the Boat Quays area than I thought .

Great location in Chinatown. Comfy bed and nice and dark for a stopover and good sleep.
The shower water sprays under the door as there is no fall in the shower to the drain. It floods half the bathroom in front of the toilet. Quite dangerous and had to use many towels to clean it up. Staff didn’t seem concerned.

I loved the location. Close to the station.
The room was much smaller than we expected, especially considering the price we paid and the photos we viewed online. It was disappointing and left us feeling somewhat misled, as we had expected the room to be a little more spacious. Instead, we were surprised by how small it was, particularly given the Japanese-style layout. The photos on the website do not accurately reflect the actual size of the rooms and create unrealistic expectations. To improve the guest experience, I would strongly recommend using more realistic and representative photos so guests know what to expect before booking.
