The breakfast is so special
The room is very small to open luggages and, even though the hotel is 4starts no help to send luggages to busan (for turist with various place to visit, is a little difficult move 4 luggages and we chose this hotel to have no addicted problems)

It was centrally located within walking distance to parks, palaces and museums.
The room was very small with no place to put your luggage and only one chair. The breakfast buffet area was cramped with only one coffee station and a slow machine which caused a long queue to get coffee.
9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The location, the cleanliness, the coin laundry, the breakfast buffet; the staff, ease of checkout , efficient room cleaning service.
No grab bar in the bathroom , no shower chair available for use ( for my hemiplegic mom), no connecting room for suites. Toothbrush use charges. Some of the reception staff were not very friendly
