A true sports paradise!! Great coaches and awesome staff at the lobbies, restaurants, etc. The sports facilities are great. The hotel (pool wing) is a solid 4 stars.
The daily cleaning of my room was very good, but when you inspect it more in detail, you find some spots that have been overlooked. They need more deep-cleaning periodically (obviously that can not be accomplished in the daily schedule)

Amenities in the room would be nice

Convenient location, sports center, swimming pool, good massages and breakfest.
There was no hot water during the day. The bathroom shower was damaged and required repair. The apartments need refreshing.

Café had great food, although a bit expensive
Hotel rooms and facilities seem a bit dated, it was very difficult to book tennis courts and fitness lessons - too busy as external club members pre book, pool area was not cleaned daily (empty glasses and rubbish from the evening before still there in the afternoon of the following day), restaurant was expensive and staff quite unfriendly sometimes
