About this apartment rental
Excellent 67 m2 apartment, located in the centre of Ericeira, with 1 bedroom, a balcony with a beautiful sea view and capacity for 4 people. It features a living room with 2 sofas, TV, fireplace, dining table and also a private space with 1 bed that can be single or double. It also has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and kitchen, American style, fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is located in a condominium with swimming pool (opening date 1/5 and closing date 31/10) and garage. It also has internet (wifi) and an iron. It is located 400 m from the beach and 450 m from the supermarket. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a lodging tax on all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.

Great views, apartment was comfy & well equipped, everything worked, great service from agency.
Could leave a few more of the basics on arrival (e.g. cleaning spray/cleaning cloth) for longer term stays, if covid regulations allow.

Além da brilhante pontuação acima, saliento a vista do mar e a tranquilidade que nos transmite e também a "calma" do condomínio.
Alguns pequenos pormenores já transmitidos oralmente ao vosso colaborador Senhor Bernardo Bastos. Realço apenas que o aspecto geral do apartamento merece um televisor actualizado.
