Absolutely amazing onsen Ryokan that we stayed in - we stayed for 2 nights with a group of 6 (3 rooms for each couple). We had our own private dining room for our dinners which was so fun! The staff spoke great english and we felt so welcome!
We chose rooms that each had private onsens that were so relaxing and then we also went to their public baths which were amazing - they had this outside one which was magical! We stayed in our yukatas and went for a walk during the day in the town which is super pretty and then relaxed in our rooms or in the lounge reading our books.
The shuttle bus from the station as well was very convenient.
Nothing!

Lovely Onsen. Free tea and coffee. Traditional Japanese room
The man on reception was quite rude and unhelpful. The other staff were very pleasant though.
The hotel was significantly overpriced. I assume this is because there was an event in the area.
