The character of the building was lovely and the location was perfect. On site parking was brilliant.
Creaky floorboards are noisy but it adds to the character.

Rooms are lovely but can be noisy and hot. The second room was much better. Both were junior suites.
Our first room was very noisy. The weather (and therefore the room) was hot but the hotel did not want to turn on the AC and so we had to try to sleep with them open onto a busy street.
No instructions about where to park. Eventually needed to leave car on a taxi rank. No offers of help with luggage.
