The staff was very friendly from the beginning, and they checked me in as soon as possible, even though I wasn't due to check in for another hour. I asked for a late check-out because my flight was in the evening, and they gave it to me at a reasonable price. My room was on the 15th floor, which gave a stunning two-sided view of Istanbul city during the day and at night. The Breakfast was exceptional and delicious. I had a peaceful sleep at night, and the staff was kind enough to arrange a taxi for me when I was checking out, as I was getting late for my flight. Overall, I had a great stay!
There's nothing much. But I'd like a quick room service during the Check-in and Check out ;)

We got an Upgrade to a better room and enjoyed the clean facilities and the nice spa/pool area. Everything in the hotel is clean, room service very nice. The restaurant/café in the lobby has good food. There is a nice supermarket kust around the corner. Freshly cooked breakfast. For us, the stay was also very attractively priced (5 people in two rooms). The surrounding area is commercial/small manufacturers, so kot really attractive. But the location is convenient to get to every part of Istanbul by tax quit easily.
Coffee at breakfast could be upgraded to a real coffee machine.

Good location and easy parking.
I had requested a suite for three adults however suite given at time of arrival only had one large bed and no sofa beds. Not enough space to hang clothes for two people never mind three. Two cups, two spa robes. You would expect 5 star hotel to ensure their guests suites accommodate 3 adults especially since they have paid for three adults not two.
