Property manager was very prompt and kind
The upkeep could have been better but it was clean

Brilliant location, easy check in and out. Our room was spotless and so comfortable. Even with kids it was a great place to stay and close to the main strip and beach, great if youre looking to have a walk around Surfers and explore at your own pace. Also loved having secure parking. We will be back!
Everything was great, I would just suggest an extraction fan in the bathroom as when you use the dryer or have a shower the room gets very hot and damp

A bit tired but at the price point good value for money

Location was perfect
The units need a lot of attention- window surrounds, doors etc all need painting
