Great location, amazing place

The apartment location was magnificent, very central location, you could walk to everywhere, enjoy amazing Porto. Great value for money, highly recommended

5 / 10

Good location, poor customer service, horrible shower

The location is great

The shower is so tiny and the shower head is a horrible wand that floods the bathroom but doesn’t direct water at you. There was a stain on the sheets when I arrived. I had great difficulty finding the apartment. When I called the 1st time I was given the address. Which is the same response every time I messaged them. No additional information on how to find this address, landmarks or help, Maps was unable to locate the address. The second time I called there was no answer. I only found the black, recessed unmarked door because the restaurant across the street assisted

very nice

the location, the facilities, the AC

we were there for 8 days and maybe it needed to be cleaned or at least we needed new towels

6 / 10

Great location, not the best apartment. Won’t be returning

The location was excellent

The facilities weren’t great, the bed had a mattresses that dipped in the middle so really uncomfortable for two to sleep, the shower head didn’t stay up so you had to fold it, the room generally wasn’t that clean crumbs on rug dust everywhere there was a homeless person outside of the front door every day which made it feel a bit unsafe at night
