For the small price, the value was exceptional. Super clean, facilities as promised and/or better, even had complimentary coffee and creamer to make. There's a great coffee shop about 15 minutes walk (back to the highway), which has exceptional burgers and is a good place to work.
The pod takes a bit to get used to, and the AC blowing on your head/face needs some adjusting due to the small space (but if you want a pod rather than a room, i dont think it can get much better than this)

Aircon and comfiness were great
Charger didn't work and couldn't figure out how to turn light on, but very nice overall. Also not sure about the 4 minute advertised distance from airport but it's pretty close.

Room was ok, had a bed and private in the capsule. Couple capsule was spacious
Was hot in the capsule, with just a small fan situation. Lots of people in the room so was not really sound proof. They also had loud button noises.
We just wanted 4 hours sleep before an overnight flight which we didn't really get. Should have paid a little more for the one at the airport
Also note that a midnight grab taxi will cost you about 600 peso, and was a little difficult to get at the airport, so just factor that into your timing and cost

Close to everything restaurant, airport, and etc
No paper cups. No distill water or plastic bottles of water for foreigners
