The room is very clean, but the pillow got one kind of smell, smells like insecticides. We find it not a good smell in the room.
Breakfast meet expectation but not much choices.

Breakfast provided and good. Many choses. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel location was good. All hospitalities very good and well maintained.
To Heritage Chef restaurant ...... Just to share please make sure when you serve Ayam Geprek and Keli Geprek to customer it well cooks. Don't serve to customer if only half cook.

Good location, beautiful building.
Breakfast was an average spread
Rooms are worn and dated, had a very bad musty smell like carpets were wet and not dried properly. No amount of air freshener or air helped.
Staff were quite unfriendly, not a lot of smiles or helpful service unfortunately.
