Simple, basic hotel, so don't expect any frills, but location could not be better. Super nice front desk guy upgraded my room to one with a terrace and view, and let me tell you it is THE view. Huge terrace with unobstructed views of the Acropolis, actually insane. The view from this room quite literally might be the best view in all of Athens. Fantastic stay, thank you.
Rooms are outdated and could use a facelift.

Excellent location in Plaka close to Acropolis Metro, and helpful staff. We stayed here twice. The first time we had a spacious first floor room with garden view. The bathroom was handicapped accessible, spacious and new. Nice AC, quiet room, comfortable double bed, extra single bed was nice for spreading out our luggage. Access to roof deck restaurant (additional cost for breakfast)
The second time we stayed here, we had a second floor room in the front. Only one chair on the cramped balcony, broken hooks in the tiny bathroom. It didn’t feel as nice. The lobby was junky/ run down with old furniture stored in there. I would expect more for the price of this hotel. Breakfast was not included and there was a limited selection for the additional 10 euro price.

Chose this hotel purely because of the view of the Acropolis- beautiful, especially at night and having a terrace to enjoy made it a special treat
Mini fridge provided - would've appreciated a cpl bottles of water to greet us - was told 'They sell it next door' - ok, so could we have a cpl of glasses please? Kettle provided, but no coffee - was told 'We have it but you have to ask us for it ' - ok - can we have phone code to call Reception then - not shown on phone in room - 'I only work here' said chap on Reception, take your issues to the Manager who's here 2mrw - not exactly the Customer Service we would hope for and expect

Brakfast was simple for the 10 euros per person but it had a nice balcani with a view.
The origimal room that they try to give has was very bad, small, bed small against the wall make it impossible to get out with out climbing over the other person. We had to complain and they give us onether big and better room , the staff were nice and helped.
