Very welcoming staff and excellent service, nice garden and great food. The room was very smelly as we entered in, it smelled like if it hadn't been in use for a while.

The hotel is super cute and welcoming. The staff is wonderful and helpful at all times, always caring about our experience in the hotel. It was my birthday and they decorated our room and gave us a bottle of sparkling.
You cannot miss the private dinner experience. We had it on the bangalo, the food was amazing (order the catch of the day) and the vibes were immaculate. We will never forget that night!
We truly loved our experience in Bacalar! The lake is so amazing to swim and hotel is close to the city center!
