Room was clean and comfortable! We had a good. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked great with a good spread of items. Location is about 30 minutes by car from the ZTL center of Bologna, so we found it convenient and at a good price. Thank you!

Excellent place! Around 30 min from Bologna. Lovely and respectful staff, easy self check-in, clean rooms. We could not enjoy the pool because we went during the winter, but it looks great. Coffee, tea, and water on the house. Parking by the rooms.

A great country B and B in massive private grounds and not far from Bologna. The checking in was a bit worrying when they asked for selfies! But nothing to be concerned about. We had several beetles flying around the room and sleeping on the curtains and bedding so could do with checking out.
If you want peace and quiet it’s the place to head for.
