An excellent and personal service provided by Nicole and Antonio. they went above and beyond what is expected at a hotel.
The room was spotless, they provided a great complementary breakfast every morning, they recommended places for us to visit in Rome. The location is also great and you can access all of the attractions very easily.
Highly recommended, A 10/10 review for sure!

Amazing place highly recommend it, would definitely stay here again if I ever went back to Rome.
The hosts were VERY friendly and SO accommodating... they went the extra mile in welcoming us, showing us the main attractions on the map they provided. Also complimentary breakfast each day we stayed there, 6 days, this was not something i was expecting at all. Amazing place. We didn't have to wait long for our room at all, soon as we reached there, they offered us a drink and some food, after that we got our room straight away, was perfect.
The location is good too, safe area, and can walk everywhere, just didn't walk to the Vatican as it's 40 mins walk and my daughter didn't want to walk, so we took the metro. Very easy to use the metro, everywhere else we walked, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, Colosseum, the Pantheon etc.

Amazing stay! This was our first time in Rome and Antonio greeted us at the door even though it was already late at night. He carried our bags upstairs, gave us welcome drinks and snacks, and a quick rundown of how to get around the city. The room was comfortable. In the morning, the brought us a tray with sweet croissants, mini sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, juice and cappuccinos. THE BEST CAPPUCCINOS! Antonio and his wife were very friendly and and helpful and we would stay there again!
