Everything was as we expected. Well located by the river and a number of good restaurants. The women behind the host desk was fantastic. She worked to accommodate any requirements we had with the most pleasant attitude. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was great every day. When flying out of Shannon I would stay there again.

Great property and centrally located. Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was fantastic- super clean, spacious and modern. Complimentary glass of wine in the lower level guest lounge. The attached cafe is excellent for breakfast and lunch. We were traveling around Ireland on vacation. Limerick was underwhelming but the hotel made up for it. We really enjoyed our stay!!
