The 1700 check in was not convenient. And the check in process was slow. When we got to our stay, the AC was off and it was very hot. There was also only the one small AC for the whole apartment, which was covered in black mold. We requested a crib and it was never provided. But we did get a fan when requested. The bed was old and the springs poked us. It was very uncomfortable. The apartment had many spider webs and bugs inside. The water is not drinkable or suitable for cooking, which we found out on check in. But apparently it's ok to shower in...?? Overall the location to downtown was very convenient. And the stay was quiet, we couldn't hear the bars or clubs just the occasional neighbors. The stay honestly needs a lot of updating and work. It was not worth the price.

We absolutely loved our stay at Residenze Gallura. Antonio was so helpful and went out of his way to make our stay 10/10, even coming last minute and providing a transfer service when we got stuck at the airport. He also kindly lent us some bikes for the week, which was a very thoughtful touch. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and functional. The location was also really nice, being a 5 min walk from the town centre, 10 min walk from the bus stop (highly recommend getting the beach bus and exploring other beaches!), or 20 mins from the local beach. All in all a great stay, would highly recommend!!

The property has pros and cons. Great location, close to restaurants and nice beaches. however it’s very por in amenities. In the advert says: Towels provided, but there is no towels unless paid €10 for a set for 1 person. The shower area it’s so small that I could barely move, if you are size L or XL definitely not for you. Make sure you take quick showers as you might run out of hot water. Bring some extra toilet paper, only one in the toilet. Oven wasn’t working and I had to request a lighter as the stovetop wouldn’t turn on with the switch. Wi-Fi doesn’t work inside the house, only outside as you get closer to main office. So many little flaws that I was already feeling uncomfortable to approach the landlord.
