I asked for a birthday decoration in our room and it was not done. There was also no hot water. Water was not terrible just not warm enough for my liking.

Everything was great. We got a swim out but they were doing work in the room above us. The noise and dust made enjoying the pool not possible. But the main pool was nice and the beach have plenty of seats.

The property is beautiful however there is construction next door and they start early and they are there all day. Very unfortunate since you are there to relax.
I also had a special request when I checked in the staff confirmed, but upon entering the room there was nothing I was so frustrated.
For the other room I had booked two beds for my teens son and daughter same the receptionist said it is a two bed room and when we got to the room it was a one bed with a couch pull out bed😡
