We really love the neighborhood and the room looked good online. The RESI reception staff (based at a different location) was also very nice. However, when we got to our room we were immediately put off — there was a dank, unpleasant odor with a layer of harsh chemical cleaner over it all. My partner’s eyes & skin started reacting. Neither of us wanted to spend a night there, much less the 4 nights we had reserved. We’ve never done this, but we decided to leave immediately and find other accommodations, which was a stretch for us. We reached out to RESI and explained the situation, but they claimed there was no issue and that they wouldn’t refund any of the 4 nights that we weren’t going to use.

Definitely recommend. Only annoying thing was check in desk was at a different location. After staying in a couple place I found that places with tablet check in was most convenient and I definitely suggest they get this situated at the property.

We had an issue with check in but they were so kind to rectify it after. Location was nice. Quick walk over bridge to shopping and food. We also were right by all the geisha's. Cool area.
