Spacious and completely renovated in a design and contemporary spirit, the villa retains its period soul, especially thanks to the cement tiles and its real parquet flooring.

The house is ideal for a large family!
It consists of an entrance opening onto a staircase leading to the first floor serving:
- A bright living room with a sofa, designer armchairs and a coffee table.
- A large kitchen with a central island with high seats, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, manual coffee maker. Direct access to the courtyard via a staircase.
- Outdoor toilets accessible from the kitchen.
Floor 2:
- Bedroom 1: a 160 x 200 cm double bed and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed 160 x 200 cm and storage space.
- A dressing room with two large wardrobes.
- A bright bathroom with a corner bath, a sink and toilet.
Floor 3:
- A dormitory in a large attic room with 7 single beds 80 x 190 cm, each equipped with an e-reader and an USB socket. A desk, 2 armchairs and 1 chess set are also at your disposal.
- An en-suite bathroom with a shower and a sink and toilets.
Outside:
- Enclosed gravelled courtyard of 20 m², with a table, chairs and a barbecue.
- Closed garage for a city car.
You will have access to the entire house as well as the private courtyard.
The house is located in the hyper-center of Mers-les-Bains which allows you to access all amenities (bakeries, fishmonger, shops, mini-market, restaurants...), the beaches as well as the hiking trail, on foot in less than 10 minutes!
The Tennis Club located 450 m away (6 min walk).
The beach of Mers-les-Bains is 550 m away (5 min walk).
O² Falaise, aquatic complex located 750 m (10 min walk).
Le Tréport is located 2.5 km away (5 min by car) and Eu is less than 10 min by car.
Transport:
- Réseau Nomad bus: stop "Prairie" towards Le Tréport and Eu.
- Tréport-Mers-les-Bains train station located 1.2 km away (15 minutes walk).
- Dieppe-Saint Aubin Airport located 40 km away (40 minutes by car)
Bed linen and towels are extra on request, including: sheets, towels, dish towels and bath mats.
Guests can park their car in the garage with a charging socket for electric vehicles. Paid public parking spaces are available nearby.
The staircase to the dormitory is quite steep.

Excellent location clean, set up for large groups great parking the host was not responsive and had AI responses which was frustrating the door to the bathroom had a broken lock so two family members got stuck at different times we managed to avoid breaking down the door but it added stress as the bathroom door could not close unless locked there was no response from the owners when we arrived the garbage pail was left outside we were told to add the garbage when we left but someone had filled it there was no response from owner so we placed garbage in garage the only follow up I got was for a review so here it is I do recommend but just be aware of the lack of engagement if there are issues
