Absolutely Gorgeous home to have fun with the whole family. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer, desk/workstation, and beautiful balcony. Relax on the back patio, watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV in the living room or downstairs, or relax on the comfortable beds. Located in close to Parkville and airport, the house is close to everything.

If you're looking for a decent place to stay at a reasonable price, this place is for you. The main living areas were clean, although corners could use some help. It's comfortable and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. If you're looking for immaculate, this place is not for you. There are scuffs on the floor, paint spatters in the sink, and burn stains on the stove burners. None of these things effected our enjoyment of our weekend. We also appreciated each bedroom had a bathroom. With 4 adults, this was great! The kitchen was not supplied as well as I'd hoped. I would have liked a large bowl, and large skillet for French toast. However, we made do. Having access to the garage was another plus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked having a house to retire to at the end of our busy days.

Worked perfectly for 3 couples. Each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Provided ample space for visiting with old friends. Quiet area and nice location. Not fancy, but was clean and served us well. Needed pot holders and dish towels in kitchen. Better instructions for automatic lock on front door would be a suggestion. Thank you!

The place was very nice and had plenty of space. The place was clean. It was located in a great area of town, convenient for shopping and finding places to eat. The only issue we encountered was that the downstairs bathroom had some water damage on the ceiling. Otherwise, the place was comfortable.

The first person could not get in because there was a lock box on the rail for a key and the code did not work. They had to wait and then we called vrbo but finally figured out that there was something on the door that lit up when you touched it.I had messaged the owner previously asking if there was a lock box or would he meet us there to which he replied one word- "Yes." I again asked yes you will meet us or yes there is a box somewhere. He did not reply. He never sent a message withing 24 hours or months after I applied and paid. I messaged him two week before and asked if he got my previous message two months earlier saying there were three of us and that is why I got three rooms. He replied"Fine, No". That was all I heard from my host until the generic message the day of the trip which I had already received from Vrbo. The kitchen trashcan was broken and fell on the floor whenever we used it. It was advertised fully equipped kitchen but there were no bakeware or baking pans or cookie sheets. A few saucepans. Needless to say, we brought food but we did eat out every meal. We retrieved towels out of the dryer. There was no hand soap in the master bath. I was not aware you had to bring that. I thought hotel supplies would be available. My friend opened a cupboard above and it fell off in her hand and would have cut her face if she had not moved. We did call the owner because another is broken and ready to fall and would be a safety hazard to those coming after us.
