About this apartment rental
Our Fred apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building constructed in 1878 and completely renovated in 2022. With 78 square meters of living space, it can accommodate up to 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms also has an additional single bed. A spacious kitchenette and a bright, natural-light-filled bathroom round out the amenities in this apartment. The high walls of the historic building ensure a restful night’s sleep in wonderfully cool rooms during the summer. Our custom-made shutters, modeled after those found in historic buildings, give the apartment its cozy, old-world charm. Fred doesn’t have its own terrace, but guests are welcome to use our seating areas in the courtyard or the covered seating areas to the left and right under the adjacent building.
Welcome to the Burghof Apartments in Hoyerswerda. We began renting out our seven beautiful, newly built vacation apartments in the heart of Hoyerswerda’s Old Town in June 2022. Our apartments, furnished in a modern country-style, feature all the amenities you need for a carefree vacation. Outside, covered seating areas are available for our guests. Although situated in a green setting, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of the Old Town, with its zoo, castle, and market square. All of our modern vacation apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, and coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper are already provided for you. All apartments feature underfloor cooling for the warmer months, keeping them pleasantly cool even on hot days.
Vacations with Dogs: Up to two dogs are welcome in Apartments No. 3 “Klaus” and No. 4 “Carla.” Please indicate your pets at the time of booking; fees apply. Dogs are allowed in all rooms, may also stay in the common areas, and can be left alone in the apartment. A paw-cleaning station is available. Dogs must be kept on a leash on the premises, and the garden is available for use. The natural surroundings are within easy walking distance and are perfect for relaxing walks with your dog.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
