Nice and clean home! Jesus was super responsive to an initial snafu checking in that was my fault. Just a note to others: this is a very old home so there are always “quirks” with a home that old. Also, the location is very close to downtown but it is in an area that is still under gentrification. But we always felt safe and it was quiet at night.I would recommend this place!

The only recommendation I would make is to put some camping chairs downstairs that could be used for the front porch. Otherwise, the home was extremely comfortable, perfectly situated and made for a lovely home base for our trip.

We stayed here while visiting family. It was perfect for what we needed! The house was older so it does have its quirks, but it was very clean and well appointed. It was very quiet too which was appreciated! Overall a great spot!

First, let me say that the host was extremely helpful, responsive and communicated in a positive way. He was very professional and we appreciated that. The place was clean, and the kitchen, equipped. The bed was comfortable. There were some problems. The air-conditioning unit in the back bedroom kept tripping the fuse. Therefore, we could not use it because lights in other rooms were on the same fuse. Our host was super helpful and tried to solve the problem, but now he knows he needs to bring in an electrician and he has vowed to do so.The decor could use some freshening up. The host is very professional and proactive so perhaps that will improve.The location was very close to the things we wanted to do. Liked the off street parking.
