About this apartment rental
Would you like to truly unwind—ideally in the heart of Bavaria with a view of the Alps? Then you’ve come to the right place—enjoy your breakfast on the balcony or in the stylish dining room. Our high-quality “Dor” apartment offers plenty of space for up to seven guests in three spacious rooms, where you can experience Bavarian coziness in this region known for its culinary delights. You can look forward to amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, a parking space, play areas for children, Wi-Fi, and a TV.
The accommodation To make your stay as pleasant as possible, games and DVDs are also available for your use.
Of course, we place great importance on cleanliness and hygiene, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s why the apartment is disinfected during every cleaning, and hand sanitizer and other disinfectants are also available for your use.
Children will be thrilled when they get to meet our pets and let off steam in the large yard with a climbing frame, trampoline, and sandbox. Barbecues are easily arranged upon request. The nearby large playground with a variety of play equipment is always worth a visit. All the places you need for daily necessities are quickly accessible in the immediate vicinity.
Interesting destinations for day trips include the Salzkammergut region with its beautiful lakes and mountains, as well as the cities of Salzburg, Passau, Burghausen, and Munich. But right on our doorstep, too, there are plenty of opportunities for hikes and bike rides in nature.
Of course, the property is also available for rent to technicians and business travelers, who will appreciate the short drive via the B12/A94 thanks to its proximity to the “Chemical Triangle” in Burghausen as well as the industrial areas in Simbach and Braunau.
