About this house rental

Hello,
I’m offering my house, which features a first floor with a kitchenette (glass-ceramic stove, washing machine, coffee maker, etc.) and a table for 4 people; on the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi; second floor: one single bed and a sofa bed, a half-bath; terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
There are 3 restaurants in the village, which has all the amenities (pharmacy, newsstands, medical center, small supermarket [including gas], etc.). Hiking, mountain biking, golf, and the sea nearby. Many hiking trails start from the house; the sea is 15 km away, and the French Riviera (Côte d’Azur) is nearby—featuring museums (including the perfume museum in Grasse) and art foundations (Hartung, Maeght, etc.). Nice Carnival; Lemon Festival in Menton, etc.
