Kick back and relax in this calm, clean, stylish space. Located in the wonderful Lincoln Square neighborhood of Chicago, this bright, large two-room studio is located half a block from the Brown Line Rockwell stop (which you don’t hear because it is on the ground at this location and not elevated) and a 10 minute walk to the heart of Lincoln Square with many great restaurants, shops and cultural hubs. It is located only one block from the Harvest Time supermarket and close to so much more, you can explore Lincoln Square and Chicago with or without a car from this awesome space.
Located in a quiet, well-maintained building, this condo-quality renovated space is the perfect oasis for your time in Chicago. The apartment features a renovated kitchen and bath with beautiful stone counters and subway tiles, free WIFI and a 43” smart-tv, central air conditioning and heating (you control the temperature with the thermostat), a kitchen stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, hot water kettle and more. If you need to do laundry while you are visiting, there are coin-operated washers and dryers in the basement, which you can comfortably access from the front lobby. There is also a large closet with hangers and an empty large dresser to store your items. There is a couch bed with sheets, pillow and blanket for an additional guest, if needed. I provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap and sponge and a few kitchen essentials. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Great small rental close to all Lincoln Square restaurants and shops. Very clean and modern decor. Bed is super comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare food or coffee. Drip coffee maker, hotpot, pour over too. Host is very communicative and has been great to deal with. Keep an eye on no parking days on the street and shift your car around accordingly as to not get ticketed. Quiet street, nice neighborhood. Excellent VRBO. Quick drive into Chicago via Lawrence to Lakeshore Drive.

This was our second time staying here, so that’s a good sign. Four years ago we stayed for 25 days during our condo reno in Edgewater. We had such a great experience in that apt and in that neighborhood! We since moved out of state, so for our week-long vacation back to Chicago, there was no question. Erika has thought of everything. The bed is comfy. The kitchen is new and well-appointed. The shower is lovely. We were so happy to hit up all our faves in the ‘hood: Monti’s, HarvesTime, Loafers, The Rockwell, etc… Easy to jump on the Brown Line. Highly recommend this place. One note: bring ear plugs. It’s noisy: squeaky floors, thin walls, people outside. We didn’t care, but some folks might.

We were visiting our daughter and son in law who lives 10 minutes away. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. We were close to coffee houses, restaurants, the train and shops. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels and kitchen size perfect. Would definitely stay in this walk up again.

This apartment is cozy, well furnished, clean and would have been perfect but it’s in an old building and we could hear everything above us. The occupant of the apartment above us was loud and active. We could hear all the early morning phone calls and the morning apartment cleaning but 10pm -1 am was the worst. Lots of walking around during that time but a chair being dragged or moved at 1 am on two different mornings was the worst.
That being said it’s a great location and a lovely apartment but if noise would bother you this is not the place for you.
