Charming renovated holiday home with swimming pool open from April to October (heated in April, May, June and October for an extra charge for energy - 10€/day).
A true haven of peace in the heart of the village of Torregrotta, the house is spacious, practical, comfortable, fully restored and air-conditioned.
Located near local shops and only 3 km from the sea, this modern and typical Sicilian house for 8 people has a beautiful private swimming pool.
At your disposal: 2 adult bikes, 2 teenage and adult scooters, children's games, Wii console, household linen, bath and beach towels. Fast internet throughout the house and on the various terraces.
The house will allow you to enjoy a great tranquility and a beautiful view of the mountainous village of San Pier Nicetto while being close to small local shops and supermarkets, bars, craftsmen... The house has been tastefully furnished and new quality materials and equipment.
The house has 4 spaces:
The main building
First floor: hall, 1 double bedroom with TV, 1 shower room & WC
Upstairs: 1 double bedroom with TV, and direct access to the solarium on the roof with a beautiful tropical bathroom, 1 family room with bathroom (Italian shower and toilet) with access to the living room including an office area, a TV and a 2-seater sofa bed.
Secondary building:
Overlooking the swimming pool, equipped kitchen with indoor table for 6 people (with American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV & hi-fi), WC. Terrace with sun tent and beautiful outdoor table for 12 people (living space of 60M2).
A 4th bedroom:
25m2 room with bathroom, kitchinette & TV is available free of charge by the pool for groups of 7 and 8 people.
Secure pool area including 1 terrace of 35m2 with outdoor lounge under a bioclimatic pergola and a 7 X 4 m swimming pool, bathroom (shower, sink & toilet), storage space, 8 comfortable sunbeds and an outdoor shower.
Not to spoil anything, the neighbours are particularly friendly and helpful! They will be at your disposal in case of questions or small technical problems. Donata can prepare small local dishes for you if you want to discover Sicilian cuisine (for an additional fee, very attractive price for an excellent meal).
