About this apartment rental
Newly renovated, bright, and modern! Located on the 1st floor with a large, furnished balcony facing west, yet still offering a magnificent view of the inland lake to the south. This means sunshine from noon until late in the evening.
New high-gloss white kitchen with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Sleeping area with a large double bed (180 × 200 cm); additional sleeping space for one person on the couch in the living area—living area with a 65-inch flat-screen TV, which also allows you to listen to the radio. Free Wi-Fi available.
Bunk bed in the children’s room (also suitable for adults).

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.
Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

The “Seeschwalbe” house warmly welcomes you to Steinwarder!
The 45 units are spread across 6 floors and can be easily reached via the staircase or elevator. Each apartment features a balcony with a view of the inland lake or the sea. You’ll find barrier-free access on both sides of the main entrance.
You can park your car in your apartment’s designated parking space.
Bike racks and storage areas for water sports equipment are available behind the building.
From here, you can also walk straight to the small private beach with a boat dock leading out onto the inland lake. Whether you’re using a SUP, kayak, Opti, or rubber boat: on the shallow lake, you can take a relaxing trip out on the water right from the property and watch the waterfowl.
Trash containers for general waste and plastics are located in the parking lot to the left of the house, by the street. Paper recycling bins are located across the street, 150 meters away.
Perfect for longer stays: On the first floor of the house, there is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use.
