This vacation rental has been freshly renovated and is ready to welcome new guests.
Modern, high-quality living area with a cozy corner couch, smart TV, and radio.
The sleeping area features a double bed and can be visually separated from the living area by a curtain.
Kitchenette with oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and “Dolce Gusto” capsule coffee machine.
The bright bathroom features a toilet, a shower stall, and an illuminated mirror cabinet.
Balcony with seating and a great view of the entire inland lake, as well as toward the vacation park (right side) and the town of Heiligenhafen/marina (left side).
The apartment comes with its own parking space, which is accessible through a gate (approx. 200 meters from the apartment).
No smoking.

Beautiful vacation apartments on Steinwarder with first-class views of the sea or the inland lake. Depending on the apartment type, our apartments can accommodate up to 4 people and are divided into 3 types with 30 m², 36 m², or 48 m² of living space. The apartments on the south side offer a stunning view of the inland lake, while those on the north side provide a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea.
The quality and availability of the internet in the apartments depend on the facility’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Building 37.
