Spa and decor in hotel
We had no balcony

The spa facilities are the highlight of the hotel.
The rooms are a bit outdated and need a refurbishment.

Beautifully decorated hotel, spa and wellness centre was amazing, breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean! Majority of staff very polite and helpful
Ski room not really a ski room, just a storage room just to store your ski. One of the receptionists not particularly helpful

The Location was good and Stuff were very friendly!
Good Spa and Good Kid Zone !
The air conditioner didn't work ,so it was very hot during our stay (we stayed summer time)
The Restaurant food doesn't meet the price requested for the food .
Early at morning around 7am was very noisy .
