A very beautiful Tuscan house, fully renovated 2 years ago—everything is new and in the Tuscan style...
Great views!

Very comfortable even in the winter!
Central heating / very well insulated / German windows and doors, etc...

Secluded location with a large lot and terraces.
Ideally located for trips to Siena, Florence, the coast, and hot springs.
Walking and biking trips right from the house...

Pellet central heating.
Hot water via solar panels on the roof.

Pellet bags are billed based on consumption.
Water and electricity are included.
