Had a great stay at the Mercantile the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Appreciated that breakfast was served daily and it had a great central location to the convention center. When I return to New Orleans, I’ll definitely plan to stay here again!

When I go to NOLA, I almost always stay at The Mercantile. The staff is always professional, courteous, helpful, friendly. Which, to me, represents NOLA (and Louisiana) perfectly.
The beds are very comfortable. Hotel property are always impeccably clean. Safe neighborhood.
Continental breakfast is goo. The breakfast attendant is friendly, funny, and accommodating.
I give Mercantile more stars if I could!!
