I would give 10 stars if possible for this apartment-hotel. The staff was readily available to provide check in service and whenever I had questions during our stay. The apartment was clean and presentable with a surprise balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet which was perfect as we wanted a peaceful town to return to after a full day. There’s a Family Mart, 7Eleven and other convenient stores plus two train stations all within a 7 minute walk.

Clean affordable in a nice neighborhood. Close to trains and convenience stores like 711.
Staff is extremely responsive to text inquiries.

You have to use an iPad at the entrance to check-in and talk with staff over the phone, taking picture of your face and passport. When
I selected the Japanese language check-in option, non-Japanese staff (South East Asian) staff emerged.
