We loved this property and its proximity to RMNP! It was close enough to downtown to access the restaurants and shops but felt like it was a quiet mountain getaway. We loved the pool and eating on the balcony overlooking the river. It worked out so nicely how close it was to the Fall River Rd entrance to RMNP where there was never a line to enter. This property was clean, updated, and perfect for our family of 5! We would definitely consider staying here again when we come back to Estes Park!

Our family of four had a great stay at this Colorado retreat! The home was clean and comfortable, just a quick 5-minute drive to town yet perfectly tucked away for serene mountain and creek views. Our kids loved the porch hot tub and on-site pool while my wife and I savored peaceful porch time. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
