We have stayed at mantra Portsea a number of times but this time was by far the worst we have seen the property look. Pools were dirty and not very inviting. The unit definitely needs some upgrades as tiles throughout were very dirty and could have done with a good bleach. We definitely won’t stay here again.

Property is close to beach and town . Room is tired , needs a remodel. If you close the ranch slider it get very musty and smelly . Bed is big but very hard .

The facility was amazing & service was excellent- so pleasant and helpful. We had a minor issue at the facility and Sarah from Seascape called straight away and fixed it. Just be aware it is a little out of town so if you have mobility issues maybe have a car or stay closer to town. Overall an amazing stay!

Close to fishing, horse riding, and more, this smoke-free vacation home brings it all within reach. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 5-minute walk to Four Mile Beach or the 9-minute walk to Macrossan Street.

Spend a day at the nearby beach, relax by the heated pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this vacation home, which also features a balcony. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the TV and pool table.
