Highly recommend this apartment for couple or small families! It’s in a prime spot… just steps from the tram, Lygon Street, Carlton Gardens, and tons of affordable food options around the uni area. The unit was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet at night. We loved having a great kitchen to use, and the rooftop area was a lovely touch. It also comes with in-room laundry which is very convenient (even though we didn't end up needing it). Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, modern well equipped apartment. Easy on site parking which was convenient. The only downside was cleanliness/upkeep, the room could have been much cleaner; dirty shower grout, toothpaste marks on taps, marks on the walls. Hopefully this is easily rectified for future :)

Good family room, but tricky with parking and having two cars and only one garage opener but everything else was great for the price.
