Everything was great and the stuff was amazing.

The hotel itself was great—very clean, well maintained, and in a nice, safe area. The rooms and overall property were exactly what we were looking for.
However, the parking situation was terrible and is something I wish I had known before booking. There is NO self-parking whatsoever. You're forced to use valet ($45 a day) , which is an additional cost and incredibly inconvenient if you plan on coming and going throughout the day. Every time you need your car, you're told to call about 10 minutes in advance, but that wasn't always the case. On one occasion, I waited over 30 minutes because the front desk apparently never notified the valet that I had requested my car.
If you're someone who likes the flexibility of hopping in your car to grab coffee, explore the area, or make quick trips, this hotel's valet-only parking can be very frustrating. The hotel itself was excellent, but the mandatory valet parking was a major downside and would definitely make me think twice before staying here again.
