About this apartment rental

House 15 features a living/dining room with a sofa and armchairs, satellite TV (LCD), a VHS VCR, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player. The dining area has a large table and chairs. All the furniture in the house is solid wood. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove and oven, range hood, refrigerator with ***freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and various small appliances. Dishes and silverware are provided for up to 10 people.

The house has two bedrooms—one with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a mirror; the other with two single beds, a loft bed, and a wardrobe. The beds are equipped with adjustable slatted frames and high-quality mattresses. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink with vanity, and a hair dryer.

House 15 is a smoke-free home.

Outside, there is a covered wooden deck with patio furniture and a parasol, as well as a lockable shed for bicycles, skis, or anything else you might want to bring along. The terrace can be locked with a small wooden door (ideal if you’re bringing a dog). There is a children’s playground in the vacation village.

At the front desk, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee.

The parking space is located about 5 m in front of the entrance. House 15 is particularly popular with families with children—and dogs.

Admission to the natural swimming area in Stamsried Castle Park is free for our guests.

A charmingly situated vacation resort whose winter-ready, Alpine-style log cabins—comfortably furnished and accommodating up to 5 people—blend harmoniously into the landscape. The entire grounds are car-free, making it wonderfully suited for vacations with children.

At the reception desk, you can also get games for toddlers; strollers; a baby bathtub; a baby monitor; travel cribs; high chairs; and much more. In the town center (10 minutes away), you’ll find restaurants, excellent shopping, and plenty of recreational activities.

Recreational Activities: All H&P guests have free admission to the Stamsried Natural Swimming Pool during their stay.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is available from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
